Shipping FAQs

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away! Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to an order once it’s placed.

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.

Our Return Policy

For products returned within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Without an original sales receipt, products qualify for an exchange at the current selling price. Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or greater value. Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at an extra 50% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
